Me encantó adquirir el libro "El Arte de Conectar", ya que fue de bendición para mi vida, su contenido viene muy digerible para comprenderlo y me encantó que traía dinámicas o ejercicios para realizar y aplicar lo aprendido ese fue un plus que al menos en lo particular me ayudó. “The Art of Connecting” by Pily Castellanos is such an insightful read especially as someone that struggles to communicate at times. Not only will this book provide helpful phrases for communication, it also breaks down the different components that go into it. It can apply to any situation (relationships, work environments, and various dynamic). Although some of the info seems like common sense or is straight forward, it’s a great reminder and forces you to be aware of your communication patterns and guides you to be more effective.
